What is your return policy?

Our return policy can be found at the bottom of our website under shipping and returns. Returns are handled on a case by case basis.

Is your shipping discreet?

Our packages are shipped in plain envelopes and our copany name is abbreviated as the sender.

Is it legal to purchase/possess Psilocybe Cubensis (Magic Mushroom) syringes in the United States?

Yes, except in Georgia and Idaho. There is legislation in the works that may soon add Florida to this list. The Federal Controlled Substances Act bans the sale or purchase of any substance containing psilocybin, the active ingredient in magic mushrooms. This means that psilocybin mushrooms themselves are illegal to cultivate, sell, or trade. The Controlled Substance Act does not make any mention of the spores or mycelium of these mushrooms.

What is Mycology?

The Oxford dictionary states that mycology is the scientific study of fungi.

What are isolated syringes?

Isolated syringes contain early stages of mycelium suspended in a nutrient solution. This allows the mycelium to stay alive and healthy until you are ready to research your specimen.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit & debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. We are not accepting cryptocurrency at this time but may in the future.

Where is my order confirmation?

Confirmations are automatically generated and emailed to the email address you provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation and remember to check your junk/spam folder. If you did not recieve your confirmation please contact us at James@ArsaMycelium.com

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us as soon as possible with the request. We typically process orders the same or next day and will do our best to accomadate all requests.
